My mother in law's mortgage was sold to this company in perfect standing. Never late on a payment. Two months after they acquired the account she received a letter charging over $6K. She called them and they claimed it was interests. She called and asked why since she's never paid late and no one can explain why she supposedly owes all that interest. She asked her old mortgage bank for a breakdown of what was transferred over to Planet Home and everything was in good standing. She's asked to speak to a manager and has been told there is no manager. She and her brother have been on the phone for hours to no avail. No one can explain where these interest charges are coming from and to put the icing on the cake, she called yesterday to make her monthly installment and was told the amount changed from $450 to $470 without explanation. She's an elderly woman with bad nerves and clinical depression and this situation is really affecting her emotionally. She doesn't speak English and dealing with them has been impossible. None of the customer rep's know anything and don't solve her situation. She's going to get legal assistance to deal with this incompetent company called Planet Home Lending. Stay Away!!I wrote the review because she doesn't know how to write or speak English.
