This is an edit to my original review. Below, you will see my first rant. I have the more appropriate version now. PHL needs better trained customer service agents! We've been through the ringer trying to comply with the original instructions on how to pay off our loan because the instructions were wrong! That's not to say that we've accomplished our pay off yet. Let's see if the email we sent requesting a pay off works and if the next step is unhindered. The hardest part should be earning the money, not spending it. (Original) Garbage company and everything that's wrong with our country! Got our loan, pay it on time every month for years... no problem as long as we continue this one sided, one action relationship. But try to get out of their clutches! We are ready to pay off our home, early! Yeah us! These B******s are making it impossible! My husband and I are reduced to taking turns at attempts to reduce the urge to literally punch one of these "nearly paid off" walls!
