I am absolutely certain after several years of dealing with this company that their policy is to ignore their customers. I'm not even kidding- if I send a message to any of my contacts there, there is no way I am getting an answer. Phone or email- forget it. If they reach out to you for any reason, be prepared for rude a rude interaction. They actually act like debt collectors on the phone. This company is mean spirited to the core- beware. Source: They bought my mortgage several years ago. My mortgage is in good standing and I have never made a late payment. I should be the dream client.
