I ordered a sign on the 17th of November, and it still hasn’t arrived. Responses to my emails were generic, and even though we were informed that our sign would begin production last week (three weeks after the order), it is still missing. The sign was intended for a major holiday event, but we've had to rethink our plans. I will not be using this service again.
