Have to agree with the negative reviews unfortunately. Bought a sign nearly 2 weeks ago for our new office and this was the finishing piece to, said 6-7 day delivery including production time and it's now been 10 working days. Haven't heard anything, tried calling the London based number but always go to voicemail and tried the live chat for an hour but no one ever got back to me. Not even sure if I'll see the sign at this rate.
