After ordering a few times I know which sweets and chocolates are my favourite ones. So, I was completely satisfied with the taste of everything I received. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that in my second order in row there was a mistake. This time I noticed that I got just a half of weight of one of the chocolates. But, support service in this company works brilliant. They were replying on my emails promptly giving me the options of resolving the issue. And in a couple of days I got missing chocolates with additional chocolate bar for the inconvenience. I liked the new line of jelly sweets, called Neo botanica and would recommend them to the jelly sweets lovers. And obviously I would recommend the company as it offers a wide range of products and sorts out the issues if anything happened with the order.
