I ordered a bed, which the website would be delivered by 11/13. After I finished purchasing, the delivery timeline shifted out a week. When I opened the box, it was missing hardware. The customer support/replacement parts team was in no hurry to replace the parts, so I have to wait another week to put the bed together.Also the bed itself was scratched when I opened the box, and I told the service team this, and they didn't respond.
