I booked my holiday through Plan My Tour, and my agent was Andy Brown. He was pretty good and very helpful overall. I would rate his service 7 out of 10.One thing I personally didn’t like is that they kept asking me to leave a review as soon as I booked the package. I think it’s better to go on your holiday first, experience their service, and then leave an honest review—good or bad. So my advice to others is: just enjoy your holiday first and review afterward 😊I was happy with their support, but not extremely happy—more like in the middle. For example, I gave my passport for document processing, and there was a small mistake in the paperwork. Because of that, I had to pay extra. So for anyone booking through them, please double-check all your documents before they submit them. It can save you money and stress.I traveled to Morocco on an all-inclusive package. I was told I wouldn’t need to pay anything extra at the hotel. However, when I arrived, the hotel asked me to pay £10 per person for a country tax. I contacted my agent, and they said it’s a usual tax that needs to be paid, and they later covered it for us. Still, I think this should have been clearly explained before we traveled. So please make sure you ask and confirm if there are any extra charges.Overall, their service was good. They also helped us with the check-in process, which I really appreciated 👍Final advice: Their support is helpful, but always double-check your payments and documents to avoid any surprises
