I subscribed to Planner 5D on the web and this has been one of the most frustrating subscription experiences I’ve ever had. There is NO way to cancel my subscription or update my card in the account billing page, the options simply don’t exist. The billing dashboard only shows features and upgrades, with no cancel or payment method controls at all.I spent a long time searching and the only way to cancel is by contacting support directly, which is ridiculous for a paid service. This is awful UX and feels intentionally difficult. I expected basic functionality like “change card” or “cancel subscription” instead, I’m stuck until support responds. Very disappointed with Planner 5D’s billing system.
