The pop-up shop in Amsterdam was smaller than advertised. The staff seemed cheerful only when interacting with each other, and their attitude shifted negatively when customers approached. Questions regarding the plants or pricing were met with disdain. Despite this, the quality of the plants they offered was decent, which is why I’m giving them an additional star instead of just one.
