I purchased three plants at a sale in Geneva. The sales area was poorly lit, and despite my efforts to check the roots, I discovered one plant had spider mites as soon as I returned home. I contacted them and received a reimbursement. However, weeks later, another plant also showed spider mites. When I reached out again, they claimed they couldn’t assist since too much time had passed. Selling two out of three plants with spider mites is unacceptable. While discounted plants are one thing, offering unhealthy plants that risk contaminating others is truly inappropriate. I cannot recommend purchasing from them due to the poor quality of their plants.
