Food/sauces were so rich I’d go to bed feeling sick. I’m already vegan and eat very clean and make healthy/tasty meals.
I found the meals so heavy (the richness to the portion size) that I felt sick after all of them bar one. You also need to bulk the food out with rice sometimes (I’m a small female c been vegan for 15 years and you need to get the carbs in to stop craving rubbish later on) - so found I was having to pop rice with meals (such as the Thai dhal dish)
Also would be better if you could do two meals per week, not 3.
