Having placed an order weeks ago and regularly chasing it up only to be fobbed off repeatedly I finally wrote a stern email requesting a firm shipping date.Return email received immediately with a cancellation and refund. No apology or explanation. Really unprofessional. Would definitely not shop with them again.
