I've been a vegetarian most of my adult life. Vegan for the last 15 years. After breaking my hip and undergoing surgery, there was no way I was going to be able to prepare my own food on my return to home. Fortunately I discovered Planty. Delicious Vegan meals that can be heated up either in a Microwave or a conventional oven. As a Buddhist, the first meal I tried just had to be "Buddhas Bowl". It was absolutely delicious! So delicious, I managed to eat the entire dish without difficulty. This was my first meal after being released from hospital, where my appetite had been severely impacted. Only managing to eat half of the Vegan dishes the hospital had prepared for me.I was so impressed with all of the dishes I'd ordered that I didn't hesitate in ordering more. I'm now looking forward to my next delivery and the wonderful dishes that lay ahead for me.
