I live in Switzerland, and I usually order from Amazon in Germany. Many times the packages were delivered by Planzer Packet. But somehow when my address was transmitted from Amazon to Planzer Packet, the house number automatically changed from 11 to 22. Hence each time, the goods could not be delivered due to wrong address, and each time I had to call them to correct the address, then they deliver again. I was told their system has issues, and cannot pick up number 11 (actually, each time I call to ask the reason, each time I was given a different answer. But in short, their system had problem to pick up the right address), hence assigned some random number 22. It seems this company is not willing to invest in changing their system, and rather fail to deliver on an initial try, and then after I call, to deliver again. What a waste of driver's time and energy and delay of delivery!
