I ordered product on October 24, and it is Oct 3o without any email updates until I sent an email 5 days later to support which I am thankful for a fairly timely response on today (Oct 30) i was told my order was being shipped today (Oct 30) and it should arrive in 2-3 business days. I will wait to see how true that is ... i guess Amazon prime really has me spoiled, because I wasnt expecting it to be this late for an order to be delivered from when I originally purchased it ... im wondering if this delayed shipping process is the norm? Would I still be waiting if i hadn't have sent an email?
