I've never had an issue ordering in the past. This time, the USPS dropped the ball. When I called, they were more than helpful in resolving the missing deleivery. Normally shipped UPS arrives in 24-48 hours. This is now overdue by 10 days. Michelle was able to locate a replacement for the missing delivery, and is sending it out via Fed Ex.
