I ordered three records for christmas and after three months I haven’t received any news. This shop stole 120€ from me.
I placed my order back on the 15th of December expecting the records to arrive by christmas. I downloaded the “Shop” app that the store asked for if I wanted to track my order and awaited excitedly. Weeks past and the tracking link always had the same messages “Order has been placed” & “Waiting for details”. At first I thought there might’ve been an issue with the shipping and that was why it was taking so long. However, when an entire month had passed and I still had no news I contacted the store. I sent an email and also contacted them from their “Contact form” section in the website. I shared my situation and asked for an explanation or a refund as the order was very expensive (120,96€). I got sent a link to a different tracking service with no explanation as to why the order hadn’t arrived yet. After I finally managed to navigate the website, as it was entirely in Polish, I was hit by the same “Order has been placed” & “Waiting for details” messages. This was on the 14th of January, it is now March 2nd… Last week I contacted the store once again through their “Contact form” and this time I didn’t even get an answer.
This is unacceptable and absolutely shameless. I highly urge anyone that might be tempted to buy from Plastic Stone Records to not do so.
