From the moment I inquired until now, four weeks post-operation, the team has been outstanding. The representative was fantastic and communicated in English very well. The social media coordinator, though new, was incredibly friendly, and the doctor was exceptional—a true expert in his field. I will certainly return for any future procedures. Nurse Burcu provided excellent care. Some of the nursing staff may not speak English, so having a translation app is very helpful. You will need at least two compression garments; one is included, so be sure to factor in the cost of an additional one. The first lymphatic drainage massage is complimentary, with subsequent ones costing 70 euros, but I highly recommend them with Burcu. If you’re not comfortable alone, bring a companion. I wholeheartedly recommend this service to anyone considering surgeries abroad.
