I bought a new car in August 2025 which came with a private registration which was not needed as I already had my own.... I put it on plate hunter in September 2025. On Tuesday 17th February 2026 I received a phone call from plate hunter to say someone had put a bid in for my number plate and would I be happy to accept the quotation
I did accept I went through the next steps over the phone and send all was needed via email and post
Friday 20th February the money was in my bank no hidden costs or deductions the full amount which was agreed on the phone was paid

Was very unsure at first as I knew very little and just adverted my number plate randomly upon buying my new car but really good service and worth popping your number plate on there for sale. Hopefully you get the phone call like I did
