The product was advertised as a 1-Year PIA VPN subscription, but what I received was completely different.The seller only provided me with a username and password. When trying to access the official PIA VPN website to configure important features (such as OpenVPN or WireGuard protocols, account settings, or device management), the login is blocked by 2FA or recovery code. This means the account is restricted and unusable.None of these limitations were mentioned in the product description.
