This is a standard policy for digital goods.The Buyer's Actions: The buyer filed a complaint on September 9th (33 days later), outside the support period. When their invalid claim was denied, they immediately engaged in "review bombing," leaving 3 identical, defamatory negative reviews.Instead of addressing the buyer's clear platform abuse, the Plati.Market Administration took the following extreme actions against me:They froze my ENTIRE account balance.They locked my seller account, preventing all business activities.All of this over a single, expired claim valued at approximately $18 USD.My attempts to resolve this with the assigned Admin were met with a complete refusal to engage in a fair or logical process. The Admin:Repeatedly demanded "irrefutable evidence of the buyer's guilt," a technically impossible task for digital goods.Completely ignored all factual evidence I provided (my reputation, the timeline, the buyer's review bombing).Ignored a formal request to escalate the case to a senior manager.Used contradictory clauses from their own Terms of Service to justify their inaction while actively punishing me.Conclusion for Sellers:The Plati.Market dispute system is not a fair mediation process.
