Upon ordering, I received an alert from my credit card company. The alert stated that this was a suspicious website. I contacted Platinum within an hour of the alert and requested a refund. The following day I received an email from Platinum assuring me that they would refund my money. The following day I received another email stated that my order had shipped. I emailed them again but have had no response. I'm left with no choice but to dispute the charged=s on my credit card. The order was shipped, but not received. As for the refund, I contacted my credit card and they have no records of a refund.
My revue is clear and doesn't require any further explanation. I canceled my order less than one hour after it was placed and asked for a refund. I did not ask for the order to be shipped. I can't make it anymore clear.
