01/12/2024: Yes, I have updated this post several times as you simply don't stop harassing me. So, stop harassing me now. Otherwise I will keep on reposting my reviews everywhere even if you delete them. This is enough now! Do you get it ? You empty-headed people !? Don't you have anything else to do with your lives ? __________I am writing this review because of the outrageous attitude of Platinum Skin Care towards me, their customer.As I have no news of my order since Septembre 12 and that no one replied to my last questions sent to their "support group", I wrote a post on Facebook "Platinum Skin Care Gurus" (which is there to help customers...). Very, very bad idea. I instantly was treated like trash by a bunch of females. To resume, they attack people who are asking about their orders. The last e-mail from them (the one they showed to everybody on Facebook) was received on 2nd November. No more news after that. They said loud and clear that my order was still in my country and how stupid I was not to know it. But this morning they tell me that actually my order came back to America 3 weeks ago ????? Before telling people they are liars in public, perhaps they should check their info before. Isn't it their job ? Accusing people before checking is extremely pathetic. It was my first time buying something in America. You can be sure I will never do it again.I am not talking about the exchange of e-mails so why are you sending all the below ? They are really having a hard time understanding this apparently. Yet, it is not complicated. I am talking about the way they treated me (and others of course - I see in the other reviews that I'm not the only one. How surprising !) on your Facebook Gurus group.They keep on sending updates (check their responses below). What will the 5th one be ? Nothing smart, that's for sure. The ones harassing is them. They must stop sending me e-mails to insult me. I won't read them anymore as they go straight to my spam now. They are drowning so badly in their lies that they don't know what to invent anymore. But, I'm keeping all the ones they sent already. They are despicable people and it continues. That's something I cannot accept. Can they send me any proof at all ? NO, as I'm still waiting to receive them !!!! You treat people like cabbage but they have NOTHING ! No evidence at all. Too bad Trustpilot doesn't ask for evidences because they openly lie here as well. They can keep on sending me whatever they want, I will never delete my review ! One of them, Tiffany Griffin, published my private info with the following title: "You are not very bright are you" (because I don't know where my order is...). I sent them the screenshots. If that's the way to talk to customers in America, I don't know what to say. Furthermore, if it is legal to post personal info of their customers on Facebook for everyone to see, in Europe, it is not. The owner is telling me in her email that the Tiffany Griffin doesn't work at PSC. Is this for real ? Incredible how they don't think. So risible. How on earth did she get the e-mails I was exchanging with PSC if she doesn't work there ? It's even worse than I thought! It means that anybody can have access to their customers info? OMG. Do they went me to resend their e-mails to refresh their gold fish memories? Look up the meaning of the word "Ethic".If even people of their group came to me to check how I was, it means that they indeed went way too far. Just like a pack of hysterical wolves. I sent them the list of all the people I had to block because of their behaviors. I also sent my conversations with some people of their own "Guru" group who were concerned about me. It's a summary of everything that has happened. I have witnesses, screenshots, all the proves about their behavior but they keep on lying. This is Exceptional ! But, nice to see that not all of them are hyenas. It was so nice of them. Of course, I hid the names. I wouldn't went them to go through hell because they showed empathy towards me (look up the definition of that word as well). I sent them the screenshots and I'm still waiting for theirs (lol) !I don't want their products anymore or their refund. They can keep my money and shove it down their throats (to stay polite).People have the right to react to injustice. They think they can treat people like trash without impact ? I'm not a sheep. I'm a human being fighting for respect.They can keep on peeling their faces. It won't make any difference. They are way too ugly inside !Your group offers help you say, and positive attitude towards everyone ? You better follow some tutorials concerning these topics. Hopefully, you should find an easy one to understand on YouTube. Yes, it will take some time as you will be starting from scratch but you should make it... with a bit of luck.
