Nick and Eva have been great, they're both very organised and professional. Eva is great at pushing me to my limits but also making sure I don't injure myself during training sessions. Through the sessions I've definitely become a lot fitter especially in regards to my stamina and endurance. They are providing a very high quality service and the sessions are very reasonably priced.
