I noticed that many users are not allowed to play, which includes a significant part of my community and the broader gaming community. I switched back to another service. My previous experience with this service involved them deleting my server randomly. Very disappointing.
I created a server and later discovered that my backups had failed, causing the server to roll back a week. I reached out to support but never received a response. After accepting the rollback, I tried playing, but the server wouldn't start for three days. Support was unresponsive, and I had no updates on the situation.
The hosting was decent, and the server wasn't laggy. However, it once went into 'Limbo Mode' and I was told I would get my server back soon, but that hasn’t happened. Sometimes, it inexplicably deletes all my plugins and data. I appreciate that this is free, and hosting a game server is challenging, so credit to the team.
This is one of the better free hosting options for the game. It's not beginner-friendly, but that works for me. Performance and support could be better, but what can you expect from a free service? There are a few issues like a broken limbo system and installation delays, but I understand that they are new, and I’ll update my rating once these issues are resolved.
