I’ve played the VGW sites since the pandemic and decided to try Luckyland Casino. I made several purchases (several hundred dollars). I won and did a redemption for $765. I was asked to verify myself and received a message that I was approved. It’s been two week and the redemption has still not been approved/sent. After a week, I did a “take a break” so that I wouldn’t playback my winnings. At this point, I cannot login to my account (which I kind of expected) so I can’t see the status of the redemption. I submitted several support emails with no response. At this point, it seems that they are not going to honor the redemption, which is quite surprising given who their parent company (I redeemed from global poker several times recently without issue). I’m hoping it’s a glitch and not an indicator of the me keeping my winnings.
