So I haven't had issues cashing out but I have had issues when the milestones don't get rewarded but say they are completed and I have had them fix them after the 48 hours you have to wait. We'll this time with my 627500points the customer service person I was dealing with basically said there is nothing that could be done that after 2 missed milestones I should have moved on yet their own policy says they should credit in 48 hours if not reach out. I completed the offer in 48 hours due to being a stay at home mom. This is how I make extra money to get things so I put my all in. So this is pretty disheartening because I earned that and my time should be honored because I know me playing also gets them money. Crazy thing is I reached out before the 48 hours a different customer service rep answered and made it seem like they could fix it and I just have to wait the 48 hours... Waited got another rep and now i get nothing for my time...
