1/13/2026 the Rep that responds to these reviews - responded to mine and said that they are willing to still review my account.
And I received an email also for additional information - which I also provided and I also edited my review and accepted their offer to review my account.
I actually thought maybe they were going to do what they offered to do.
..Review my account and make things right.
Do you want to know what happened next?
Nothing.
No replies. No nothing.
Empty words. No action.
I fell for it.
They think we are all just going to let it go and forget about it.
But. I’m not going away.
I still think we should consider to ban the games that they are promoting - as they pay them to promote them to us - and which they use to scam all of us out of our time and money.
If they stop getting business, they can’t keep scamming people.
Because they will continue to do this for as long as they can get away with it..
I’m sure a lawsuit will eventually happen, as they clearly have violated the good business faith act and more, because again, it’s not just people’s time they have stolen, when they could have been doing something else, but thought they were earning the rewards that were offered by playing the games they promoted. And it’s not just the empty promises of rewards, and all the time they wasted.
People actually spent money to achieve those rewards.
Because spending a specific amount of money in game was a specific requirement for some rewards offered.
And it is advised to spend money in the game in order to reach higher milestones in the required timeframe.
So you are encouraged and required to spend money in order to reach milestones.
They keep getting paid.
And when we’ve reached milestones and earned our rewards, and only when we request to cash in - that’s when we coincidentally the only time we trigger their auto fraud detector.
Why only when we cash out?
A couple of reviews have mentioned their account was closed when they’ve reached/completed all of a games milestones, and was a significant amount and high value of rewards they earned, and conveniently disappeared before they could claim.
So I guess I should be thankful that my losses were not as significant.
For me, despite the email that said my reward was on its way from tremendous for $20, was never received and was cancelled.
And my remaining balance was wiped out and that still had a significant amount in it that I was planning on requesting once I reached a higher limit, and if I remember right still had nearly the same amount or over what I requested for cashout.
In addition to the balance I accumulated for games I played after that when I accessed them through a portal. I was confused about what was happening at first and thought it was just a glitch maybe. Giving the benefit of the doubt.
Because they give you no other information to go on.
And so nothing has changed in a year.
They offered to review my account so they look like they are doing something when they respond to these complaints.
When in reality. They are doing the same as before.
Which is?
Nothing.
This is criminal.
I think reporting to the state generals office for consumer affairs is a more appropriate legal avenue.
Because there isn’t much the BBB can or will do, as they have no legal authority, and I’m going to guess they are likely not a member of the BBB, as that would be more of an incentive for them to want to do something. But if they aren’t a member, why would they bother.
I’m sure there is an internet fraud division somewhere in consumer affairs division that investigates these matters.
FCC maybe?
I haven’t researched.
And since they don’t care to respond to my acceptance of their offer.
I will instead spend my time researching all of the entities that handled scams such as these- that investigate and press charges.
So that they won’t be able to continue to scam people. And maybe some people will be able to get money they are owed from the rewards they earned and from the time and money they spent.
And I will provide an update and share specific details for contacting whatever relevant entities I have found, for others or for anyone who experienced their unlawful business practices.
I’m not going away that easily.
And I’ve got time that I will be able to dedicate to researching the information.
