Theft by deception. Simple as that. Played for a couple of months daily. I was working on 4 offers at one time and was doing well. One milestone was win 250 games. Was credited for that but not the previous ones (50,100,150 wins). I brought this to supports attention. Provided screenshots and full screen recordings as requested THREE times. I had already cashed out $500 that I was waiting on. Support said account was verified, just need another screen recording. Ok fine. Next thing I know, my account is locked!!! Turns out,
-all the support were bots
- this happens A LOT
-no way to contact them
-LLC is shady
-registered owner is now where to be found
Below is the copy/paste of the emails I received:

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. After reviewing your account, I can confirm that your ID verification has been approved by the system. However, your payout request is currently on hold. To proceed with processing your reward, we require a screen recording showing your in-game progress for verification purposes.

As requested, I am providing the THIRD screen recordings. I have gone through everything possible within the offer. I have nothing else to offer. This needs to end with all the funds transfer to my pal pal account today. Enough with this undeserved delay. I really have no reason any long to believe anything other than that you are doing everything you can to ensure I don’t receive my reward. Please prove me otherwise.
