In December, my credit card was charged four times: $65, $65, $73, and $78, for unclear reasons. Then, in January, there was another charge of $65. I’ve contacted the support team for a refund, but I only receive automated responses with no real solutions. Please be cautious; your music could also be banned, and you might face repeated charges until you block your card. This feels like a scheme to capture your credit card information and charge you until you reach out to your bank, which is my next step.

This is a horrible scam. They pretend to have customer support, but I have emailed ten times, including to the address provided here, and received NO response. I tried their service and now I'm trapped in a subscription I never authorized. I received a new bank withdrawal of 65 EUR despite my emails stating I do not want to use their services or subscriptions. No response from them, yet they keep withdrawing money. I sent one final email demanding resolution. Otherwise, I will consider legal action. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
I had a monthly subscription that promised at least 1,000 streams in the first month, but I only received 50 streams. In fact, I got more streams on my other songs that I wasn't even promoting. A complete waste of money. I do not recommend this service.
