Disappointing experience with this playlisting service.My trance track was placed in a playlist alongside a country song, with no match in genre, tempo, or key. Wich is clearly not a curated placement in my view.Although the provider claims to match songs by style, that did not reflect my experience.After some time, Spotify removed all streams and marked the traffic as artificial. Here's the original message I received from Spotify for Artists:"We've detected artificial streams of your music, which have been removed from the public monthly listener count on your artist profile, but not from your private data on this page."During my complaint, the provider repeatedly told me I had no idea about playlisting and insisted they were the experts.Eventually, I received a refund.In my opinion, the traffic did not seem organic. While I initially saw saves, none of those listeners returned after the service ended, or Spotify didn’t register them.For me, this service did not support real growth. Regardless of whether bots were involved or not it simply didn’t help. I would not recommend it.EDIT: They responded by claiming they run Facebook ads and even shared a link to prove it.However, the playlist I was placed on shows a reach of only 111 views total over the entire period.The playlist contains hundreds of songs, and mine was placed near the bottom.There’s no way to explain the stream numbers I saw through this minimal ad reach.The ad link they provided is actually a self-own. It supports my suspicion rather than disproving it.
