The founder of this company has been sending me emails, urging me to test out their platform since 2020. This year, I finally decided to give it a shot. I reached out to 17 playlist owners I found through the Playlist Supply application. Out of those 17 emails, 14 replied. Every single one – and I truly mean every single one – requested money in exchange for a placement. Even the smaller playlists demanded payment or requested that I submit my music through platforms like Submithub.Feeling frustrated, I reached out to Noah (assuming that's his real name) via email, expressing my concerns and requesting a refund. His response was remarkably swift, but disappointingly generic. He stated that "Playlist Supply" isn't a "Playlist Pitch" service. It seemed as though he hadn't even read my email. In his reply, he suggested I try pitching my songs to smaller playlists. The issue, as I mentioned earlier, was that these smaller playlists also demanded payment. That's the extent of my experience with this company – they haven't responded to any of my subsequent emails.Rather than wasting your time and money on a service that utilizes the Spotify API to extract money from hardworking artists, I recommend dedicating more time to platforms like Groover or Submithub.
