I have been waiting for my cashout for 37 days. It still says waiting for approval. Two support tickets have been submitted and the only reply I received on either was "we'll have the finance department look into it." That was three weeks ago and not a word from them since. The support bot suggested submitting a third ticket and when I agreed the support bot stopped working. Now all I get is "I'm sorry, I have encountered an error. Please try again." I have enough earnings for a second cashout but I can't submit it until they fix the first one. This is very disappointing. I have to wonder about the integrity of this company.
