Bad product bad policiesI purchased a 2-pack of the OpSix pistols which included a pack of darts. I also purchased an additional package of darts. When the item arrived, I followed directions to insert the CO2 cartridge and load a dart. Everything was working quite well, we used the darts that came in the packaging. Until about the 3-4th shot with a dart. We noticed that it wasn't shooting well. Same with multiple other darts. I inspected the darts and found that each dart had split near the tip of the dart, 3/4"-1" split in the foam. This caused the CO2 to escape through the slit rather than add velocity to the dart. I emailed customer service a couple of days later and was advised to "buy Nerf darts". And when I pressed back, thinking that there may have been a bad batch of darts and that I was bringing it to their attention, I was told that I could return "the product" within 30 days of purchase but there's a 50% restocking fee. I beg your pardon? 50%? Let's keep in mind here that I bought 4 items, only one has been opened (the other pistol and one package of darts are/were a Christmas gift and then the unopened package of other darts for us) and they want to only refund me half my money for a defective product? I've never heard of this high of a restocking fee and most companies only apply the restocking fee if the product had been opened.I won't be recommending this product nor this company to anyone.

Rekt foam dart launchers shoot darts faster and farther and with a POP! Powered by 12 gram CO2 capsules these blasters make a pop with every shot. They accept most commonly found darts and CO2 capsules, although we're a bit fond of Umarex CO2 cartridges. If you've outgrown your Nerf guns and you're bored with laser tag and you're not quite ready for airsoft then it's time to Play Rekt!See more
