Preordered a game, did not receive the key upon launch (despite them stating that I would at the point of purchase). About 2 hours after launch I received an email explaining that their distributor has some issues delivering keys.More than 8 hours after launch - still without a key - I requested a refund and bought the key in a different store that did have keys on hand.I appreciated the email two hours in but as a customer it ultimately is secondary *why* the keys are not available, the time itself matters more.I still give four stars because they have good deals, seem committed to good customer service and it's not their fault if the distributor has issues. I believe with already released games this most likely won't be an issue as well.However, I would be wary of preordering here again if I want to play immediately upon release.
