The only way to communicate was through unhelpful support on a messaging app. I haven't done anything wrong; I simply won fairly, yet they delayed my withdrawal and blocked my account. Please avoid this platform; they initially allow withdrawals but will flag and block you if you start winning. The account manager was polite initially but then ceased communication. Be wary of this platform as they do not operate legitimately. UPDATE: They responded asking me to contact support, but I cannot access my account, and the support is unresponsive.
