I had one of the most unpleasant experiences of my life with the customer service of PLC Auction. I was assisted by someone who called himself Reno, whose behavior from the very beginning was, in my opinion, completely inappropriate. His way of speaking to me was rude and, unfortunately, he even used offensive language.I have the impression that this person held a high-ranking position within the company, as I seriously doubt that a regular employee would be allowed to treat customers this way. In any case, he did not solve the issue I contacted them about, and the way I was treated left a lot to be desired.Moreover, after that first interaction, I began receiving threatening messages, which led me to block them completely to avoid further uncomfortable situations.I believe it is important to share this experience so that no other user has to go through something similar.
