Couldn't buy a car because their website is broken. This company is a total scam. I had a very frustrating experience with this company. Their website had technical issues that prevented me from completing a purchase, and I struggled to get a full refund. Customer service was unresponsive, and I felt misled by the process. I recommend researching carefully before engaging with them.Emails do not get replied to.Unprofessional communication is done through WhatsApp.The issue occurred in February 2024.More than a year later and no refund.Their auction rules and guidelines are a joke.As you can see, they are still "trying to resolve" the issue in 2025.
