If i could rate a 0 zero or a negative review, i would, this internet has the WORST latency i can think off, its inconsistent when playing games, it take A WHILE to load, and it has outages that makes brownouts in provinces look like a baby! if its not having an outage it lags with inconsistent ping/ms, and dont bs me with "were fixing things and will be back shortly!" Its been almost a week and the internet is still slow! what is this company man? i get the fact that you have alot of subscribers but that doesnt mean you can improve your servers, people here are complaining about your service that you BARELY deliver and make us waste money by subscribing to higher tiers of your service, look Pldt, your service needs FIXING and that fixing HAS to be fast, i know your a greedy company that only wants money, but come on, have some freaking dignity for your customers! they dont just pay you just so you could deliver a internet speed comparable to a pigeon delivering a letter to someone! your outages/slow speed internet happens consistently and its making me and the other customers frustrated! people cant afford other internet also so they go to the cheapest option which is you, and what do they got? an mbps slow or halved the promise that your plan/payment delivers!

On my end when we have a asynchronous class/meeting it always disconnects and stutters, its heavily annoying because my education RELIES on it, but noooooooooooo your wifi just has to be shit all of a sudden, what about the other students that also experience the same problem huh? oh thats right, you probably dont care because you take too long or you dont fix the problem! as i said, is almost been a week and i switched to my mobile data and it works better than your wifi!

I tried every speed testers i can think off, Ookla, Fast.com Speedtestcustom, and even the built in chrome speed testers and it says here "Your Internet speed is fine. Your Internet connection should be able to handle streaming an HD video. If multiple devices are streaming video at the same time, you may run into some slowdowns." And sometimes it even says its slow! your internet also sometimes has its latency really low and then suddenly it rises up like a rocket blasting into the atmosphere and then blowing up scattering its pieces to the ground over and over again! its annoying when it does that.


Overall just get a different ISP, theres so much better options (Globe, Converge, Etc.), but its likely that ill stay here and other people because we cant afford other Internet services due to its price, but if you can, get a different one, not this garbage pile of burning trash.
