My experience was horrible sinceI couldn't attend due to surgery but never could get anyone from this venue to contact me in any way possible. Not only did we not get to attend something. We had looked forward to, but we lost hundreds of dollars, which wasn't necessary.This venue could have given us a voucher to use at another time, but they never took the time to contact us
