We traveled from Sweden for a VIP event in Deerfield, MA run by please.co and received no information about the event. I wrote to the venue beginning two weeks before. The day before the concert, still no info so I reached out to the venue quite nervous who gave me a text contact for please.co. They also sent a link to their events which show no VIP event at our concert, only one a day before at another venue. When I reached the agent I was told information was sent out on June 6 and to check my spam folder. It turned out there was nothing sent out about this event because of an error that they blamed on the venue, this did not explain why the event was not even listed on their website until I notified them of the error. Then I was sent a link that indicated I needed a separate ticket. When I notified them of this I was told this was a further error. The whole experience was very stressful. When I asked for some basic compensation for this inconvenience, I was refused.
