Never received the merch !! Organization during the concert also miserable.

We bought 2x Gold ticket to see SUM41 in Berlin 04.11.2024 - WE STILL DID NOT GET OUR MERCH despite plenty emails!On Eventim it looked like there was an extra area for Gold/Silver ticket holders - there was not! It was one reason why we bought the very expensive tickets (293 € each, ~ 80 € regular). Same was true for the concert on the 08.11.2024 in Leipzig. Luckily, we got the usual ticekts for this one. However, we got informed we were supposed to be there 1 hour prior to the official opening. We were, second in line. However, doors were opened 5-10 minutes prior to the official doors were opened. There was a hell of a mess at the entrance because the ticket holder names were 1) not sorted alphabetical, 2) the wrong names ! After multiple complaints that the doors are now already opened - they said 'just look at price on the tickets, if it is expensive enough let them trough'.It's now almost SEVEN MONTHS after the concert that we haven't received the merch! We first contacted via the contact formular we received with the tickets. After multiple emails and weeks they eventually sent the items. However, there was no information by the delivery company that the package had arrived nor where we could pick it up so it was at some point sent back. We asked to re-send it, offering to pay the extra shipment. Nothing happend since more than a month now, again. Don't consider buying extra services through please.co - you will just not receive them! 400 € lost ! We will consider legal actions.
