My first pair of shoes broke after 5 uses and they were 90 dollars plus the second time I ordered I experienced a terrible customer service experience. First the shoes I ordered ran super small so I tried to return them. I own dogs and when I returned the shoes they didn’t give me my refund back over the soles having dog hair and dust stuck to them. Literally to the point where you could just wipe it off with one swipe. Had to purchase another label so they would send me them back to me which is a waste of money.Will resell them but still a hassle and waste of time and money. They make a big deal over nothing here and the return process and grueling. Y’all can just buy shoes from a better brand such as one in the UK and they won’t be cheap and break after a week. Edit to response: Yeah Okay… I hold to my previous statement about the condition and to any other buyers out there looking for a review I still recommend buying shoes from a better company like the one I previously stated. PS they flagged my review for suggesting a better brand.
