My order was not processed for nearly 10 days after I placed it, only receiving updates after I reached out. When the items finally arrived, the shorts were the wrong size and had reddish stains, indicating they might have been used. They refuse to send replacements unless the items are returned first. If I could rate them lower than one star, I would. Extremely disappointing.
