The product DOES work. But.... it eventually becomes CRUSTY appearance on your face and in my specific case, it would become crusty under my eyes. It looks ridiculous. Yes, I tried applying the cream lightly to avoid the crusty look. It you apply it too light, the cream doesn't do it's job. I never apply too much. I apply a small pea size amount under the eye area. No matter what, it gets crusty after about 90 minutes. I also tried applying a hugh quality moisturizing cream on top of the plexaderm cream to avoid the Crusty appearance. But when you do this, the moisturizer defeats the plexaderm product and you clearly see the under eye bag situation. In my humble opinion, there plexaderm formula must be revised and improved so it doesn't become CRUSTY !
