The product was good, however the communication in order to get the product details to the company was really poor. They only communicate through email! No phone calls, no live person to speak to. It's VERY hard to explain everything clearly through an email not to mention it takes 3 times the amount of time to relay the information. I emailed my phone number and requested that they call me several times and yet they continued to email.It took 4 days to get the order details ironed out which lead to me paying for overnight shipping which cost almost as much as the product itself!
