I subscribed to Plixi, a social media growth service, and paid for their subscription. The service delivered ZERO results despite my patience and multiple follow-ups.
When I requested a refund, they denied it citing their policy. However they charged me for a second billing cycle while I was actively in conversation with their support team — without fulfilling even the first order.
The money deducted is currently on hold by my bank as I have disputed the charge. They also deliberately hide their cancellation button deep inside the dashboard to prevent customers from cancelling easily — this is a dark pattern and a deceptive business practice.
I am requesting immediate action against this company and a full refund of my money.
I have full proof including screenshots, chat transcripts and emails.
