I received a parcel from this store. It was packed irresponsibly. The heating package was not included, although I bought it. The plastic container is broken, which is why three plants froze. Two have already died, one does not have a single healthy leaf. The cardboard box is small, the plastic containers were put in there with force, they broke. There is no way the heating package would fit in the cardboard box. I wrote. I sent a photo. They offered to refund a few euros. I did not agree. Now they do not communicate with me.
I am very dissatisfied.
