I ordered several plants for over €250 and, unfortunately, some of them arrived in very poor condition. They were damaged, with falling leaves and clear signs of transport stress (the box was re-taped by a courier and placed on the side). They looked far from what was presented on the website and unlikely to recover.I contacted support straight away and shared photos. Communication was polite, however the only solution offered was a partial discount code for a future purchase instead of a proper issue resolution. Moreover, I was asked to contact in 2 weeks if the problem remains (so it would be easier to blame me for dead plants).The response “only a few leaves are damaged and the plants otherwise appear healthy,” when one of the plants arrived completely damaged, felt dismissive and didn’t reflect the actual situation.Based on this experience, I’d recommend choosing a service that shows more care for both their customers and the plants they sell.
